Recover Debt From Customers & Clients

Representing and advising creditors in respect of customers whose affairs are being dealt with by other insolvency practitioners or by the Insolvency Service ( The Official Receiver ), including advising creditors regarding decision meetings whether these are/or should be virtual or actual meetings or decisions by correspondence.

Where a creditor’s claim against a company or individual is of sufficient size (usually 25% or more by value of total known claims) to allow that creditor to influence the type and key elements of an insolvency process entered or likely to be entered by a customer, carrying out enquiries about or with that customer with a view to advising the creditor as to best way of maximising their recovery from the creditor.
